For over 20 years, Young Enterprises has had an excellent relationship with Fastenal. As owner, developer, and contractor, Young Enterprises builds and leases specially designed facilities to Fastenal. All of the facilities are highly energy efficient and are Class A construction. For no additional cost on the lease, Young Enterprises added gas lines (approx. $30,000), high quality foam insulation (instead of rollback thermal insulation) and increased the quality of LED lighting and fixtures.


Because of these advanced touches, Mueller Metal selected this as a showcase building in their national catalogue. Reinvesting in their facilities and working with clients is what defines Young Enterprises. Numerous future Fastenal locations are being considered for future development.

THE CALLIE CLINIC

The Callie Clinic serves the Grayson, Cooke, and Fannin county communities. Since 1991 it has been the only healthcare provider for Texomans who are HIV/AIDs positive. The Callie Clinic cares for these individuals for the course of their lives by providing discounted housing, counseling, medication, food subsidies and case management. They also provide education, testing and community outreach for the prevention of Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD’s) as well as numerous services to help the community.


The Board of Directors of The Callie Clinic reached out to Todd Young for help planning their new facility. Todd offered to do Planning and Zoning (P&Z), Engineering, Architectural meetings, and finally the bidding out phase. After securing the contract, Todd made it his priority to save The Callie Clinic as much money as possible, and through his focus on Value Engineering passed large savings directly to The Callie Clinic. Todd has always had a special place in his heart for the medical field and now serves on the Board of Directors for The Callie Clinic.

Magnolia Village is a unique neighborhood featuring charming cottage and farmhouse style homes at an affordable price. Close to the Sherman town center, Magnolia Village is a 12 acre subdivision that is set apart from the surrounding suburban developments with its farmhouse look. Young Enterprises was able to help make Magnolia Village be something special. Young Enterprises worked with legal teams to place deed restrictions that set it apart from traditional brick and mortar developments that were already in the area.


Young Enterprises’ project management ensured that Magnolia Village was designed to fit the mold and create a niche subdivision with a unique rustic, yet modern feel. Magnolia trees are are on each lot in Magnolia Village, adding something extra to this special place. There’s nothing else like this north of the DFW Metroxplex.

Young Enterprises has been involved in the storage industry for over 25 years.
Ace Storage is a class “A” development with a heavy emphasis on climate control and high end finishes. It also includes small office suites. Young Enterprises was tasked with the land development on Ace Storage. After finding and acquiring the land, planning and zoning, hiring consultants, doing design work, and writing investment propositions, Young Enterprises was ready to move forward with construction.
Ace Storage is a first class storage facility that will be an amenity for the area for a long time to come.
